As a Product Manager in Wholesale Credit Risk, you will lead the end-to-end development and implementation of key credit risk products that deliver measurable value to our users. You will define product vision and roadmap, align priorities across partners, and ensure solutions meet control, resiliency, stability, and scalability expectations. You will collaborate closely with business, technology, and user experience partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuously improve the product based on user needs and performance data.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers 
  • Manages discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap 
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap 
  • Builds frameworks and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability 
  • Manages end-to-end delivery including requirements, scope, testing, and delivery 
  • Works with technology and business teams to develop strategic analytics platforms  

     

     

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

 

  • 6 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain 
  • Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle, design, and data analytics 
  • Strong ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and strategy 
  • Strong communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level materials 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

     

     

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

 

  • Experience within large Financial Services firms and familiarity with Credit Risk 
  • Experience working with Technology and UX design teams 

     

  • Familiarity with wholesale credit risk concepts, processes, or products
