In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing the Furscription product portfolio, enhancing prescription workflows and pharmacy integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership to align product priorities with business goals. Accountabilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for Furscription and related prescription management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with customer needs and operational requirements.
- Translate business and customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
- Lead ownership for end-to-end prescription workflows including prescribing, routing, and exception handling.
- Participate in backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and product reviews.
- Monitor key product metrics and drive continual improvement based on data and feedback.
- Incorporate compliance and auditability into product planning and delivery.
- Enhance product documentation and knowledge transfer processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear product plans.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with data-informed decision making.
