Accountabilities
- Define, design, and implement systems supporting Digital Pathology and Medical Services infrastructure.
- Own the product vision for the Digital Pathology Generative AI ecosystem.
- Conduct user research to identify automation opportunities within clinical workflows.
- Translate clinical needs into technical user stories and prioritize the engineering backlog.
- Oversee deployment of AI-driven operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Medical and Quality Assurance teams on software validation protocols.
- Track KPIs for product success, focusing on efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or regulated clinical software.
- Experience with Digital Pathology, Radiology, or Laboratory Information Systems.
- Proven track record of launching internal workflow tools in high-throughput environments.
- Experience managing AI/ML products and defining human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong clinical empathy and understanding of pathologists' workflow pressures.
- Regulatory fluency with CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA requirements.
