Position Overview

The X-Ray Products Accessories Solutions (XPAS) business segment provides OEM/3rd party product offerings to Siemens Healthcare imaging solutions. This position is responsible for managing the inbound & outbound marketing activities, developing supplier relationships and driving profitable XPAS orders growth. This position helps define XPAS sales strategies, product segmentation and Service product needs and requirements for the US Market. Defines customer segmentation, opportunity and ROI models. Manages an on-going assessment of customer imaging environments and continuously improves current portfolio to evolve business performance.  Works with the XPAS Product Portfolio Managers to leverage sales opportunities.  Manages business segment portfolio innovation, attachment rate, supplier relationship and product introductions.  Develops and manages alternate channel strategies for XPAS portfolio. Constantly develops and communicates attributes of XPAS that differentiate and distinguish our organization and products from competitors.

The Product Manager position reports to the Director of X-Ray Products Accessory Solutions, Siemens Healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • You will Define product segmentation (internal & external), marketing requirements and sales strategies for the US Market
  • You will manage an on-going assessment of customer needs and create marketing collateral and/or sales programs to support
  • You will create, implement & drive U.S product introductions and phase-out strategies for 3rd party products
  • You will analyze competitive offerings, wins/loss data and develop sales strategies and tactics to enable differentiation in the US market
  • You will regularly develop and communicate attributes of business segmentation that differentiate and distinguish our organization and solutions
  • You will develop supporting marketing collaterals, case studies, customer testimonials and presentations to help drive and support necessary business
  • You will be the national ambassador for Siemens Healthineers XPAS portfolio in the United States and develop ongoing strategies to grow attachment rate

  • Willingness to travel and flexibility, is expected.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required
  • 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, Business Development or Service Management
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization

  • Channel experience

The base pay range for this position is:

$109,920 - $151,140

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
