As a Product Manager for Vista Studio, you will oversee the end-to-end product experience for a high-performance digital private aviation platform. You will leverage your knowledge of private aviation operations and customer behavior to shape tools and workflows that streamline sourcing, confirmation, and flight execution. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and other product managers, you will translate real-world business needs into actionable product opportunities. Your insights will guide feature development, optimize customer experiences, and drive measurable outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence platform performance while supporting a growing, fast-paced marketplace environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of Vista Studio product features, from customer interest through sourcing, confirmation, and flight execution.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, sourcing, and technical teams, connecting operational realities with product decisions.
  • Translate business needs and customer expectations into actionable product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship improvements and enhancements.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics to inform product roadmap and iteratively improve outcomes.
  • Partner with other product managers to ensure a seamless, cohesive experience across all customer touchpoints.



Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in private aviation, understanding the full journey from customer inquiry to aircraft sourcing and delivery.
  • Background in sourcing, sales, revenue, or commercial operations with a desire to evolve into product management.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with supporting internal product users such as sourcing, sales, and support teams.
  • Exposure to marketplaces, B2C platforms, or complex transactional systems.
  • Strong instincts for customer needs, decision-making behaviors, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, operations, and sales teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and measurable impact.
