As a Principal Product Manager for Oracle AI Studio, you will define and deliver capabilities that enable developers and customers to design, orchestrate, and evaluate hybrid AI agents that combine structured workflow logic with generative flexibility.
You will work across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Fusion Applications to make AI development accessible, governed, and scalable - helping customers safely deploy agents that understand context, reason autonomously, and act with precision.
ResponsibilitiesDefine the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Agentic Platform, spanning deterministic workflow builders, non-deterministic reasoning layers, and enterprise-grade orchestration.
Translate Oracle’s enterprise AI strategy into a cohesive platform experience that connects AI Studio, Fusion AI, and OCI AI Services.
Partner with engineering, design, and data science to prioritize features that balance innovation, reliability, and security.
Convert advanced AI capabilities into clear user value—simplifying agent creation, context management, and runtime insights.
Establish and track key success metrics: adoption, accuracy, determinism-variance balance, latency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead product launches and internal enablement across app and platform teams to ensure alignment and successful rollout.
Collaborate with strategic customers and partners to define real-world use cases that combine automation and adaptive intelligence.
Evangelize Oracle’s Agentic Platform across internal teams, developers, and enterprise audiences through demos, workshops, and thought leadership.
Support innovation programs—hackathons, beta pilots, and early-access cohorts—to validate hypotheses and accelerate iteration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in product management or software engineering roles building/deploying complex technology products.
- 3+ years professional experience in applied machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, AI chat/agent frameworks)—preferably designing, delivering, or evaluating agent-based solutions.
- Familiarity with agentic development and automation platforms such as Autogen, LangChain, Claude Code, Cursor, Flowise, N8N or similar.
- Deep familiarity with defining product requirements, building roadmaps, and leading cross-functional product development.
- Proven track record delivering AI, agentic, or advanced SaaS automation solutions to customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex topics to technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience with enterprise software platforms, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or similar ERP/HR/CRM suites.
- Background in AI platform development, agent architecture, or integrating third-party APIs/tools.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation, observability, and metrics frameworks (e.g., benchmarking correctness, latency, and safety in hybrid workflows).
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards in AI/automation.
- Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
