In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and strategy.
Drive product prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
Monitor product performance post-launch, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
Work with data teams to create actionable insights from product metrics and user behavior.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery.
Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and lead sprint planning sessions.
A Bit About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
YoE (Years of Experience): 4-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or healthcare environment.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in product management, particularly in health tech or e-commerce environments.
Tools:
Product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!)
Collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industries.
Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of Scrum.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle competing priorities.
Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary Range: $134,00 to $168,000

Location Requirement: Employment at Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
