We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of engaging, learner-focused experiences across an innovative online education platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end learner journey, shaping features that improve engagement, retention, and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, AI, and content teams to craft intuitive, personalized learning experiences at scale. · Define, prioritize, and deliver product features that enhance learner engagement, retention, and program success.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, AI, and content—to create personalized and intuitive learning experiences.
· Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify student needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
· Track key metrics such as retention, program completion, and learner satisfaction, using results to inform continuous product improvement.
· Partner with enterprise and support teams to ensure solutions meet both individual and organizational learner needs.
· Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve the overall learner journey.
· 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technology or digital learning environment.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex learner needs into clear product vision.
· Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, content, and data teams.
· Data-driven mindset, comfortable using experimentation, cohort analysis, and analytics to guide product decisions.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with strong ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in EdTech or online learning platforms.
· Exposure to AI-powered learning or engagement features.
· Familiarity with LMS platforms, content delivery systems, or student success tools.
