We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of digital products, guiding them from ideation to launch while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, improve engagement metrics, and enhance customer experiences. The successful candidate will balance analytical insights with creativity, contributing to the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products that deliver measurable impact. Accountabilities:

The Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of product development, ensuring delivery of high-quality digital experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Synthesize inputs from multiple functional teams to create a unified product strategy and communicate effectively to leadership.
  • Define product success metrics, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid search, editorial, and partnerships teams to craft clear acceptance criteria and well-rounded products.
  • Use analytical skills to project product performance, assess opportunities, and report on outcomes.
  • Facilitate scoping, planning, and retrospective meetings while documenting wins and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor offerings to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Operate efficiently with Product Management tools such as Jira, Figma, and Asana.



Requirements

Candidates should combine technical knowledge, analytical skills, and collaborative abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within digital media or technology companies.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and present effectively to senior leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot focus when needed.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, product roadmaps, and agile methodologies.
