This role is an exciting opportunity for a product leader to drive AI-powered solutions in healthcare. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and business development, to shape the strategy, define functional requirements, and deliver high-impact products. Your work will directly influence how clinical trials are designed and executed, leveraging cutting-edge computational and AI methods. The role requires balancing creativity and data-driven decision-making while navigating complex constraints in a fast-paced environment. You will also have opportunities to innovate, iterate rapidly, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains, contributing to meaningful advances in healthcare technology.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute product strategy, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes effectively.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and user research teams to build and iterate on new user experiences.
- Develop hypotheses for customer and use cases, rapidly iterating to identify product-market fit.
- Support quarterly planning and assign objectives to product teams to drive key initiatives.
- Analyze complex problems and propose data-informed, actionable solutions.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; knowledge of clinical development or biopharma preferred.
- Proven ability to ship high-impact products or features quickly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex constraints and assess risks.
- Experience collaborating across multiple functional teams including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Technical understanding spanning high-level abstractions to detailed implementation.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Owner’s mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenging problems.
- Passion for advancing healthcare through innovative AI solutions.
