The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution for a cloud-based platform that enables partners to scale, automate, and optimize their business operations. This role blends product ownership, project management, and solution marketing, allowing you to influence platform capabilities, manage complex initiatives, and define compelling go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive platform evolution, deliver measurable business value, and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management to shape the future of a high-impact enterprise platform across global markets.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the roadmap and delivery of multiple platform applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead quarterly release planning and sprint cycles, including cross-team coordination and leadership intake reviews.
  • Define business value and ROI for epics, collaborating with product owners to prioritize work based on impact and feasibility.
  • Facilitate partner advisory sessions, supplier onboarding workflows, and gather stakeholder feedback to drive platform evolution.
  • Manage large-scale, complex projects, including ERP integrations and global initiatives, tracking deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve cross-team dependencies, ensure adherence to Agile principles, and mitigate project risks.
  • Translate technical features into clear business value propositions for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market content and support training and enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and incorporate insights into product strategy.



Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with a bachelorโ€™s degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in product management, project management, and solution marketing.
  • Strong understanding of cloud lifecycle management platforms and multi-cloud provisioning.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ tools, and channel marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence, with experience managing integrations across ERP systems and customer portals.
  • Experience with ISO-certified cloud operations and digital marketplace workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to guide teams in resolving complex issues and serve as a resource for best practices.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to federal government contractual obligations.
