This role is vital in driving the intake, evaluation, and commercialization of new products and solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop effective product strategies and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction. Accountabilities
- Contribute to the product integration strategy, evaluation, and commercialization process.
- Track and utilize key KPIs to assess the success of new products and services.
- Evaluate new business cases to ensure alignment with current offerings.
- Support vendor evaluation and onboarding for effective marketing and sales enablement.
- Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product success.
- Facilitate calls to vet products and guide issue resolution among onboarded solutions.
- Apply change management principles to support organizational transitions in product strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing product campaigns.
- Proven analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with project/product management methodologies.
