The Product Manager, Operations & Testing, will lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle management of digital products, ensuring seamless and engaging customer experiences across channels. This role combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on management of testing initiatives, including A/B experiments, feature prioritization, and continuous product optimization. You will partner closely with UX, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product roadmaps. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to drive measurable impact on customer engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes. The role is based in a hybrid environment that encourages both in-office collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Accountabilities:

  • Define the vision and strategy for assigned products, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on data insights and KPIs.
  • Partner with UX, development, and A/B testing teams to design experiments, analyze results, and inform product decisions.
  • Act as a customer advocate by identifying pain points and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, setting expectations, and providing transparent updates.
  • Maintain a backlog of feature requests, ensuring dependencies are managed and duplication of work is avoided.
  • Oversee the product through all lifecycle stages, prioritizing maintenance, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent roles.
  • Proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy and Google Analytics.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, feature prioritization, and operational testing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment and participating in on-site collaboration.
