Position Summary 

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and communicate a clear, prioritized product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and ensures successful implementation.  
• Advocate for an exceptional user experience, leveraging customer research and insights to improve every user interaction with the product.  
• Manage day-to-day project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives.  
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and content teams, to implement projects effectively.  

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to address challenges.  
• Optimize the user experience by analyzing feedback, usability data, and industry best practices.  
• Clearly communicate product developments, updates, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.  
• Monitor product performance and implement optimizations to enhance user engagement.  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and initiatives.  
• Develop training and documentation to support product maintenance.  
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar product-development/management leadership role or related field.
• Deep understanding of the Catholic Church with a strong fundamental understanding in faith formation and catechesis.

• Ability to learn about and advocate for what customers want and need to grow in the faith and/or teach the faith.
• Experience delivering B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) product solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all interactions and decision-making.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong project management disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
