This role is designed for a motivated, results-driven professional passionate about creating and managing unique merchandise and print products. The Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, driving market-aligned innovation that boosts revenue and enhances customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role will guide product strategy, manage vendor relationships, optimize inventory, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The position offers opportunities to conduct market research, analyze trends, and influence product decisions in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing creative vision with operational excellence, while delivering measurable results.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the product strategy and lifecycle for merchandise and occasional print products, from concept to launch.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide restocking, retirement, and margin optimization decisions.
  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications, while managing pricing, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, editorial, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely product development and launches.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine product designs and functionality.
  • Coordinate vendor and inventory management, optimizing SKU assortments and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Oversee procurement, pricing negotiations, vendor invoicing, and production/logistics coordination.
  • Track KPIs and project outcomes, continuously improving processes and driving innovation.


Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product development and lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing vendors and suppliers, including negotiations and procurement.
  • Proven ability in market analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks and driving projects forward with a servant-leader mindset.
  • Willingness to occasionally meet outside typical hours for international partners and travel to headquarters.
