As a Product Manager for Membrane Process and Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the distribution and market success of the product. Working closely with the manufacturers, purchasing, and sales and marketing departments, you will ensure the product meets customer needs while achieving business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis:
    1. Assist in gathering and analyzing data on customer needs, market trends, and competitor products.
    2. Help in identifying opportunities for product cross sell
  2. Product Support:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams sales and marketing to answer technical questions about product
    2. Participate in the creation of product specifications and documentation.
  3. Marketing & Sales Support:
    1. Work with the marketing team to help develop product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials.
    2. Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and materials to effectively sell the product.
  4. Reporting & Metrics:
    1. Track and report on key product metrics, such as sales performance, margin, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction.
    2. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  5. Product Lifecycle Management:
    1. Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones for onboarding/offboarding new Products
    2. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related tasks.
  6. Vendor/Manufacturer Relations:
    1. Collaborate closely with the manufacturer to ensure that product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
    2. Act as a liaison between the manufacturer and your organization to communicate any necessary adjustments, feedback, or improvements.



Job Qualifications: 

Bachelor or Masters degree Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering Preferred 

2+ years of experience in membrane filtration research and/or applications

Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues 

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills 

Willingness to travel if needed

We are offering a pay rate of $85,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive compensation plan, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Life and Disability insurance, FSA, a 401(k) plan, PTO, holidays and more.

based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
