About the role:


This is a player-coach role that bridges individual product contributions with team leadership. The Product Manager Lead supports and mentors product managers while contributing hands-on to discovery, roadmap input, and execution. They play a critical role in informing product strategy, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and driving delivery that creates customer and business value.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and cross-functional partners, while also contributing directly through hands-on product work such as discovery, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Engineering, Revenue, and Product Marketing to translate product strategy into clear requirements and collaborate on go-to-market plans that drive adoption and growth.
  • Inform and support the product roadmap by contributing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, and ensure features are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Champion product management best practices in discovery, prioritization, and release processes to increase team effectiveness.
  • Build strong alignment across stakeholders by facilitating communication, managing tradeoffs, and keeping teams focused on the shared long-term vision.
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused products that create measurable value for clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a team lead or people management role preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, from discovery to go-to-market
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable results
  • Skilled at leading through influence, managing priorities, and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, etc.
