Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager - Integrations to own our integrations roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering key integrations that enhance our platform’s ecosystem, improve customer workflows, and unlock new value. You will work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure seamless connectivity with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integration roadmap aligned with customer needs and strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact integration opportunities (e.g., ERP systems, telematics, CRMs, APIs).
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear, detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for integrations—from discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Manage and nurture relationships with integration partners and third-party vendors.
• Monitor integration performance, adoption, and customer feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Advocate for a scalable, secure, and reliable integration architecture in close partnership with engineering.
• Ensure seamless connectivity with third-party systems that enhances customer workflows and unlocks new value.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and milestones effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS platform products, or with a strong focus on APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger (OpenAPI), JIRA, and Figma.
• Experience working on integration ecosystems, developer platforms, or partner-facing products.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term impact with long-term platform scalability.

This is a full-time remote position located in the US. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.

Benefits & Compensation

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 
• The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
