POSITION: 
Product Manager, Reporting to Chief Growth Officer  
  
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

Accountable for the product line PNL – top line, gross margins, overheads 

Accountable for marketing and sales execution 

Accountable for product availability and production execution 

Accountable for overhead cost discipline – specifically accountable for the marketing/sales and product development budgets 

Responsible for the enDAQ business following Mide’s standard operating procedures 

Continual improvement of the standard operating procedures 

Responsible for enDAQ budget setting and management 

Responsible for enDAQ forecasting 

Responsible for KPI and financial reporting 

Contributes to product strategy setting and execution 

Contributes to product roadmap development and execution 

KPI’s include:  Profitability, Revenue Growth, Product revenue against budget, Product gross margin against budget, product development spend against budget and marketing and sales spend against budget

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

BS or BA in a relevant field of study, MBA preferred.  

ME or EE background preferred  

7+ years Product Management experience required 

Excellent written and oral communication skills 

Comfortable with Microsoft Office 

Excellent leadership skills, both people and process 

Financial acumen and ability to understand how the financial statements can help diagnose risk and opportunities of the business 

Independent self-starter 

Results driven 

Strategic thinker 

Solid understanding of all factors that can influence their business performance and the long-term health of their business including product development, marketing, sales, quality, production, inventory, HR/team development, etc. 

Customer focused 

Ability to balance both short term and long term needs simultaneously 

Focused on continual improvement 

Critique and evaluate work product, results, and conclusions from self and peers 

Work well in a team environment
