As a Product Manager II, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering products that drive tangible business outcomes. You will define the strategy, prioritize initiatives, and lead execution across both customer-facing solutions and internal platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams, you will ensure products are scalable, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and using experimentation to inform product decisions. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, influencing cross-functional teams while driving measurable impact and innovation.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define product strategy, vision, and priorities with a focus on customer value and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver high-quality products.
- Advocate for customer needs using research, feedback, and data-driven insights to guide product development.
- Apply hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing to validate ideas and optimize product performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve products, internal workflows, and user experiences.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate ideas, resolve issues, and maintain transparency.
- Contribute to product roadmaps by synthesizing insights from customers, market trends, and internal metrics.
Requirements- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, financial services, or management consulting focused on financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and bias toward action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience translating product strategy into actionable execution plans, including requirements and prioritization frameworks.
- Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product development, A/B testing, and agile methodologies.
- Commercially minded, understanding financial and business levers that impact product decisions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required.
