Job Description:

As Product Manager for WMS & 3PL Integrations within ShipAccel, you will drive the roadmap and delivery of capabilities that enable scalable, multi-node, and third-party fulfillment across connected warehouse and logistics systems. You will help evolve ShipAccel into a fulfillment orchestration platform that allows merchants and partners to operate seamlessly across distributed fulfillment networks. 

 

In this role, you will identify workflow and integration gaps, define scalable fulfillment capabilities, and deliver solutions across order delegation, inventory synchronization, routing, and operational exception handling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure fulfillment integrations deliver real merchant and partner value. 

 

You will own outcomes across the lifecycle of this domain, from problem discovery through delivery and adoption. 

 

This role can be based anywhere in the continental US and involves regular collaboration with global teams. 

 

You Are 
A product manager comfortable operating in operationally complex and integration-heavy environments. You translate fulfillment and logistics challenges into scalable software solutions. You balance merchant, partner, and platform needs while driving reliable execution and measurable customer impact. 

 

You Will 

Own Product Strategy & Execution 

  • Define and execute the roadmap for WMS and 3PL integrations within ShipAccel 

  • Lead prioritization and delivery of capabilities enabling distributed and multi-node fulfillment 

  • Translate merchant and partner fulfillment needs into scalable product capabilities 

Drive Market & Customer Insight 

  • Develop a strong understanding of merchant fulfillment workflows and operational challenges 

  • Identify capability gaps that prevent customers from scaling fulfillment operations 

  • Evaluate build vs. partner opportunities to expand fulfillment coverage 

Deliver Commercial Impact 

  • Enable fulfillment capabilities that unlock mid-market and enterprise merchant growth 

  • Support expansion of partner and 3PL ecosystems that drive platform adoption and revenue 

  • Ensure fulfillment capabilities contribute to merchant productivity and retention 

Lead Cross-Functional Alignment 

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, partnerships, and GTM teams to deliver integrations successfully 

  • Align with shipping and platform domains to ensure seamless end-to-end merchant workflows 

  • Coordinate with customer success and support to improve operational reliability 

Champion Customer Experience 

  • Improve merchant operational efficiency through accurate order, inventory, and fulfillment synchronization 

  • Drive workflow automation and exception management improvements 

  • Reduce operational friction in distributed fulfillment scenarios 

Represent the Product 

  • Serve as subject matter expert for fulfillment integrations and workflows 

  • Provide roadmap updates, business impact reporting, and integration guidance to stakeholders 

  • Represent merchant and partner needs in planning and prioritization decisions 

 

Your Background 

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS product management, ideally in ecommerce, logistics, fulfillment, or operational software 

  • Experience delivering integration-heavy or workflow-driven software products 

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and execution skills 

  • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders 

  • Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience with WMS, OMS, 3PL, or fulfillment platforms 

  • Familiarity with ecommerce and shipping ecosystems 

  • Experience in Agile software delivery environments 

  • Experience with product tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms 

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Sponsorship:

Must be legally authorized to work in the US.  Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).
