Role: Product Manager

Crogl is the knowledge engine for Security Operations and we are growing fast! We are currently looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer needs, technical innovation, and strategic product development.
We are hiring our first Product Manager to help shape the evolution of Crogl's product and drive our vision forward. You'll be the voice of the customer and the strategic mind behind our product roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that transform how security teams operate. This is a critical role that will help position us for our next stage of growth.
Own and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
Partner with customers and prospects to deeply understand security operations workflows, pain points, and requirements
Define product requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable engineering tasks
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product releases on time
Work cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
Track and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and adoption patterns to drive continuous improvement
Champion the customer perspective in all product decisions and trade-offs
4+ years of experience in product management at a Cybersecurity company
3+ years of hands-on experience working as a security practitioner (SOC analyst, threat hunter, detection engineer, or similar role)
Proven track record of shipping security products and driving product strategy from concept to launch
Deep understanding of security operations workflows, including threat detection, investigation, and response
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills across all levels, from CISOs to security practitioners
Data-driven approach to decision making with experience defining and tracking success metrics
Experience with threat detection, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, or SOC automation platforms
Background in early-stage startup environments with experience building products from 0 to 1
Technical background in software development or security engineering
Experience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done)
Strong design sensibility and experience working with UX/UI teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
