This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of analytics and data products that drive impactful business decisions. As a Product Manager in Data Science & Analytics, you will own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that analytics solutions are aligned with organizational goals, user needs, and operational processes. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, offering a dynamic environment where your work directly influences the success and innovation of data-driven initiatives.

Accountabilities

·         Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap for analytics and data products in alignment with business objectives.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and prioritize features to maximize value.

·         Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.

·         Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to ensure accurate implementation of analytics solutions.

·         Drive integration of analytics solutions into business processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

·         Monitor and evaluate product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and business impact metrics.

·         Own and manage the backlog for analytics and data-related products, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·         7+ years of experience in analytics, data, statistics, Machine Learning, or AI delivery roles.

·         Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).

·         Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL.

·         Experience delivering scalable analytics solutions from ideation through deployment.

·         Familiarity with data warehousing and data lake architectures.

·         Strong background in enterprise data and technology principles and best practices.

·         Experience leading teams and managing individual contributors.

·         Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
