What You Will Do:Â
- Your role will be to clearly define “What?” customer problems need to be solved. And justify “Why?” are these the right problems to solve. You will validate if it is the right time to solve these problems in order to drive the biggest business impact, and work with your development team to deliver solutions to these problems.Â
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and feedbackÂ
- Collaborate with development partners and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support to develop and deliver high-quality productsÂ
- Analyze and implement insights from UX research to identify opportunities and work with a UX/UI designer to shape product decisionsÂ
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of featuresÂ
- Work with your Associate Product Owner who manages the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities to the development teamÂ
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and managementÂ
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvementÂ
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitiveÂ
Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar rolesÂ
- Strong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder managementÂ
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and measure product successÂ
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO and JiraÂ

- Previous experience with B2B idealÂ
- Familiarity with machine learning operations and products idealÂ
- Strong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills – the ability to collaborate and deliver effectively with diverse teamsÂ
- Ability to think strategically while working with an Associate PM for day-to-day product detailsÂ
- Previous experience with early-stage product developmentÂ
- Desire to be in a fast-moving, agile environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectivelyÂ
- Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech start-ups
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Â
- Willingness to mentor Associate PMÂ
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $149,700.00 - $224,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
