Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. 

Regenified’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically fluent, and strategically minded Product Manager to lead Regenified’s Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) product portfolio. Your purpose is to define and deliver the data products, AI capabilities, integrations, and platform foundations that power our verification engine, enhance our customer experience for farmers, brands, and retailers, and support our internal teams.

You will partner closely with leaders across Data, Commercial, Verifications, and Operations to evolve Regenified’s Data & AI strategy and execute the roadmap for our data and AI enabled products. Your focus will be delivering the tools, integrations, and capabilities that drive better decisions, elevate the customer experience, and enable operational scale. You will own the full lifecycle of internal and external data and AI enabled products, from defining requirements and prioritizing work, to executing sprints, launching features, and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the roadmap for Regenified’s internal and external data and AI enabled products, ensuring clear prioritization and strategic alignment.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, and lead the full lifecycle from discovery through development, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Partner with business, engineering, and data teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality, reliable releases.
• Ensure strong data foundations by strengthening data quality, pipelines, governance, and integrations across core systems (Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce).
• Develop features across reporting, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and AI/GenAI capabilities that enhance automation and insight generation.
• Build a deep understanding of user needs across internal teams and customers, incorporating feedback to improve usability and value.
• Measure adoption and product impact, define KPIs, analyze usage patterns, and use insights to guide enhancements and long-term strategy.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Strong alignment with Regenified’s mission, and genuine interest in advancing regenerative agriculture through high-quality data, insights, and technology.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with data products, analytics platforms, AI/ML capabilities, or enterprise integrations.
• Technical fluency with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau) and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and data teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data products, including dashboards, reporting, APIs/integrations, and AI/GenAI features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and make informed product decisions.
• Cross-functional leadership and communication strengths, able to align teams and clearly articulate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset with high ownership, comfortable creating structure and driving clarity in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
