What You Will Do

• Own a product line end-to-end from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration
• Lead customer discovery conversations with financial institutions to understand regulatory pain points and workflow gaps
• Translate complex compliance and operational requirements into clear product requirements and workflows
• Write PRDs and product specifications for engineering and design teams
• Prioritize customer requests, roadmap tradeoffs, and feature development decisions
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ship products quickly without sacrificing quality
• Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, compliance, and GTM stakeholders
• Drive roadmap prioritization and product direction for AI-native compliance products
• Own backlog management and product delivery execution
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into scalable product solutions
• Build products in highly regulated financial and compliance environments
• Balance speed, product quality, and customer impact in fast-moving startup conditions
• Influence company-wide product strategy and operational priorities
• Operate with high autonomy and ownership in a founder-style PM environment
• Work directly with leadership on high-priority product initiatives

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent high-impact product ownership roles
• Minimum 2+ years in a true Product Manager role
• Experience at fast-moving B2B SaaS startups
• Experience owning products through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Experience working in regulated or operationally complex industries
• Strong startup mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and GTM teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions quickly with incomplete information
• Strong customer empathy and product intuition
• High ownership mentality and strong execution capability
• Comfortable operating in highly demanding startup environments
• Ability to prioritize effectively across competing business needs
• Interest in fintech, compliance, AI, or operational workflow products
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in NYC
