STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: Remote, anywhere in USA
SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$150,000/year depends on qualifications, years of experience and interview outcome

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and success of Tidal Grow's cutting-edge agricultural products. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of agriscience, market trends, or business-related experience in product management. The successful candidate will be able to guide product development and lifecycle management along with collaborating with R&D teams. They will be passionate about sustainable farming practices and dedicated to creating solutions that improve farmer profitability and environmental stewardship.

The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk, etc., in field conditions, and sometimes needs to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds while working around crop protection products.
