Product Manager, Credit Insights (Remote - US)

As Product Manager for Credit Insights, you will own the credit score monitoring product end-to-end, driving adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, UX, marketing, and data — to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences that empower users to make smarter financial decisions. Your work will directly impact financial inclusion and progress for customers nationwide, helping them access affordable credit and build a stronger financial future. Accountabilities

• Own and manage the Credit Score Monitoring product from strategy to execution, ensuring it delivers value and meets customer needs.
• Partner closely with UX and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to align on product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze results, and iterate to optimize engagement and outcomes.
• Stay informed about trends, innovations, and competitors in credit monitoring to inform ongoing strategy.
• Act as the primary advocate for credit insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a customer-first approach.

• 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C fintech.
• Direct experience working with credit score monitoring products or related financial services.
• Strong execution and ownership mindset, with a track record of successfully running and iterating on existing products.
• Proven ability to partner with UX and design teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Skilled at analyzing product performance metrics and driving improvements based on insights.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, collaborating effectively with engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• Experience in secured credit cards or credit-building loan products is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial systems or lending backends is helpful but not required.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful products.
