We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of consumer-facing activation and support experiences. This role focuses on enhancing onboarding, education, account management, and in-app support, ensuring users engage effectively and gain confidence in their experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, clinical, marketing, and customer support to translate insights from user behavior and feedback into actionable product strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, user-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments, leading initiatives from conception to commercialization while continuously optimizing engagement and satisfaction.
