We are seeking a Product Manager with clinical experience and a proven track record of building high-performing product teams. This role will bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and product innovation, driving strategy, execution, and team development. You will translate clinical expertise into scalable digital products that improve patient care, provider workflows, and overall healthcare outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Functions:
Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, ensuring products align with real-world clinical workflows and patient care needs.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate with clinicians, operations, and product stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into a product roadmap.
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive solutions that support both patients and providers.
Drive alignment across executives, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams through strong communication and influence.
Conduct market research on emerging clinical technologies, standards, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical quality standards, and other healthcare regulations.
Develop KPIs and success metrics that measure clinical, patient, and business impact.
Monitor performance and feedback from clinicians and patients to fuel continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors, EHR/EMR platforms, and ecosystem partners.

Who you are:
Must Haves:
7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or digital health.
Bachelor's degree in clinical, life sciences, biomedical, or related field.
Clinical background (e.g., nursing, physical therapy, medical assistant, or similar role) OR extensive experience working directly with clinicians.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare compliance, and interoperability standards.
Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to bridge clinical and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define metrics and measure impact.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with digital health, telemedicine, or care management platforms.
Track record of launching products that serve providers, employers, brokers, and payers.
Experience integrating with EMRs, RCM/Billing, or Clinical Decision Support tools.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and other interoperability standards.
Prior experience in an early-stage or high-growth healthcare startup.
Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Figma, Lucidchart, Mixpanel, etc.).
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.
