This role offers the opportunity to shape the cloud partner experience for a global technology platform. You will define how channel partners operate, build scalable capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market, you will translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring partner workflows are optimized and integrated with platform capabilities. You will monitor performance metrics, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress to stakeholders, enabling the success of partners and driving growth. This position is ideal for a product manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities

  • Develop deep understanding of the business, partner ecosystem, and user needs to guide product strategy.
  • Identify key problems to address and define a coherent roadmap with measurable objectives aligned to company goals.
  • Build detailed product requirements and phased delivery plans that balance customer experience, scalability, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategy with operational and market objectives.
  • Track and document progress, maintaining open communication in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and ensure sustained differentiation of channel solutions.
  • Validate readiness of features for release to partners and end-users.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with exposure to cloud channels, partner programs, and FinOps.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud resale models, including AWS, GCP, and Azure partner programs, margin management, and partner workflows.
  • Experience working with data platforms, reporting frameworks, and system integrations (APIs, data flows).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering, finance, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong technical fluency and ability to deliver measurable results efficiently.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage cross-time-zone collaboration effectively.
