As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in our product vision and roadmap for our Integrations and Platform team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to deliver a best-in-class platform that empowers security professionals to streamline compliance, gain actionable insights, and communicate effectively. You won’t need to write code, but you should feel comfortable in technical conversations and have an instinct for how modern SaaS products are built.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product  roadmap for Platform and API Integrations, balancing business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints 
  • Gather feedback from users, prospects, and stakeholders to shape the Integrations roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineering on execution, sprint planning, trade-offs, and launch
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and feature outcomes
  • Conduct product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis
  • Help define and measure success through KPIs, experimentation, and iteration
  • Stay plugged into platform performance, UX feedback, and emerging customer needs


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment
  • Solid understanding of how SaaS platforms work (e.g., APIs, user roles, permissions, integrations)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you work well with engineers, designers, and business teams
  • Strong product instincts: you can take ambiguous problems and turn them into well-scoped, elegant solutions
  • Experience writing clear requirements, leading cross-functional meetings, and owning the delivery of complex features
  • Comfortable working with data tools and using product analytics to inform decisions
  • Bonus Points for: Exposure to technical concepts like API integrations, user authentication, or data workflows. Experience with developer-facing tools or platform products

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD  [$110,000.00] to [$145,000.00] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.


At PlexTrac, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and equity options. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
