What you’ll do at M7

Our scheduling and staffing platform is the heartbeat of M7. It’s where cutting-edge workforce intelligence, predictive analytics, and AI-powered workflows converge to directly shape how thousands of nurses experience their day-to-day work.

As our Product Manager, you’ll be solving one of the most urgent challenges in healthcare: how to build sustainable, flexible nursing teams in an industry defined by constant change and high stakes. This role is about creating clarity in ambiguity, bringing order to complex problems, and owning outcomes that matter deeply to clinicians and patients alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set direction in uncharted space. Build and communicate a clear vision and roadmap that balances user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
• Own outcomes, not just features. Drive initiatives end to end — from discovery through launch and adoption — with full accountability for impact.
• Bring clarity to complexity. Take messy, ambiguous problems and translate them into crisp, actionable plans that energize design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Redefine workflows with AI. Partner with our data science and engineering teams to harness generative AI and predictive models, reimagining how clinicians engage with staffing and scheduling.
• Champion the nurse. Ensure every decision reflects the lived realities of nurses and nurse leaders, not just “users” in an abstract sense.
• Launch with impact: Team up with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring products to users and drive adoption.
