SuperDial is looking for a Product Manager to architect and scale the core platform powering the next generation of AI in healthcare. In this role, you’ll spend time directly with our customers - understanding how RCM teams operate, where friction exists, and where automation can create real leverage. You’ll synthesize those insights into thoughtful, well-scoped product bets, and partner closely with engineering to bring them to life.

You’ll also work directly with the Co-Founders to define the product vision, translate market insights into actionable product direction, and help build the internal systems that turn strategy into shipping.

About the Role:

  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap in close partnership with the CTO and CEO

  • Translate customer needs and GTM insights into prioritized, well-structured product plans

  • Lead cross-functional product development with engineering and design, end-to-end

  • Define and measure product success using strong analytical frameworks

  • Stand up and evolve internal product rituals, tools, and team processes

  • Collaborate directly with customers, executive team, and external stakeholders to shape vision

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles (consulting, investing, strategy)

  • STEM background with an MBA from a top program strongly preferred

  • Track record of success at MBB and/or FAANG - paired with hunger to build in earlier-stage environments

  • Experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS or AI-driven products

  • Exceptional structured thinking, with strong written and verbal communication

  • Comfort with complexity and high ownership—this is not a spec-taker role

The base salary for this role ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
