About Us

Globaledit, a division of CoCreativ, is the leading SaaS platform for creative production workflow management. Our platform empowers top brands, retailers, and entertainment companies to collaborate more efficiently and bring content to market faster. We are expanding our product team to build new features, improve platform usability, and integrate emerging technologies that drive creative productivity.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and drive critical features across Globaledit’s core platform and API integrations. This is a mid-level role for a product manager with 2–4 years of experience, ready to lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery, with mentorship from senior product leadership.

In this role, you’ll partner with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features that improve our user experience and accelerate creative production workflows. You’ll be responsible for managing feature backlogs, defining user stories, gathering client feedback, and collaborating with engineering on solution design. You’ll also contribute to the long-term product roadmap, helping shape Globaledit’s evolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for mid-sized features and enhancements—from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Define requirements, write clear product specs, and manage backlogs in collaboration with engineering leads and senior PMs.
  • Partner with engineering to scope features, prioritize tradeoffs, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design to prototype and test new features, ensuring solutions are user-centric.
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making to validate product direction.
  • Monitor product analytics and adoption metrics; use insights to refine features post-launch.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to prepare for launches and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Support integrations workstreams by helping define API use cases and working with partners on client-facing workflows.
  • Help improve internal product operations, including release planning, sprint reviews, and documentation.

Who You Are

  • A proactive problem solver with strong product instincts and a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical and experienced using data to drive product decisions and prioritization.
  • Excited about contributing to both technical products (APIs, integrations) and user-facing workflows.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Experience managing features or integrations from discovery to delivery in an Agile setting
  • Strong technical acumen—able to discuss APIs, understand basic architecture, and collaborate closely with engineering
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of simplifying complex ideas for different audiences
  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Postman, or equivalent
  • Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Behavioral Sciences, Media, or related field
