What You'll Do:
- Assist in the creation of custom solutions tailored to the unique aspects of client culture, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Support the design and creation of compelling prototypes or proof-of-concepts (POCs) that illustrate the solution's impact and effectively deliver the technical story to stakeholders.
- Contribute to recommendations on product feature prioritization, based on client and product knowledge, while supporting project timelines/resource plans.
- Go beyond the explicit client requests to infer underlying needs by understanding business context, market trends, and industry knowledge, contributing to the firm's position as a thought leader.
- Work through complex organizational obstacles with persistence to help drive meaningful maturity within client environments.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience with a strong background in Product Management, software engineering, UI/UX design, or a related technical discipline to build credibility amongst stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to preliminary solutions for clients in support of pre-sales initiatives, and help pass off structured solution plans to internal technical teams to carry the vision forward.
- Demonstrated ability to work across IT and business stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, helping ensure work is prioritized appropriately based on client and product needs.
- Prior professional experience within a technology consulting firm is required, with a track record of growth and progression.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or professional experience in Software Engineering/Development or UI/UX Design is strongly preferred.
