Full-time
Description

For over two decades, Aspirion has delivered market-leading revenue cycle services. We specialize in collecting challenging payments from third-party payers, focusing on complex denials, aged accounts receivables, motor vehicle accident, workers’ compensation, Veterans Affairs, and out-of-state Medicaid.

At the core of our success is our highly valued team of over 1,400 teammates as reflected in one of our core guiding principles, “Our teammates are the foundation of our success.” United by a shared commitment to client excellence, we focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients, aiming to consistently provide the highest revenue yield in the shortest possible time.

We are committed to creating a results-oriented work environment that is both challenging and rewarding, fostering flexibility, and encouraging personal and professional growth. Joining Aspirion means becoming a part of an industry leading team, where you will have the opportunity to engage with innovative technology, collaborate with a diverse and talented team, and contribute to the success of our hospital and health system partners. Aspirion maintains a strong partnership with Linden Capital Partners, serving as our trusted private equity sponsor.

We are seeking a Product Manager who’s passionate about building, collaborating, and solving tough problems. You’ll work side-by-side with operations, engineers and designers to build products without application that speed up reimbursements and untangle complex payer–provider workflows. The right person thrives within a team, communicates clearly, and turns complex challenges into simple, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify measurable product enhancements and set priorities for assigned product areas.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and success metrics; effectiveness measured through clearly defined results – not quantity of stories delivered.
  • Engage team members to validate expected business impact, ensure effective product delivery, and measured outcomes.
Requirements
  • Comfortable driving cross-team projects while ensuring stakeholders understand goals, progress, and trade-offs.
  • Remain focused on the Aspirion mission and goals, persevering in the face of challenges.
  • Adapt yourself to evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, organizational growth, and client needs.
  • An aptitude to solve problems that do not have a clear “book answer” through creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Conduct yourself with integrity because it is the right thing to do, not just because it is policy.
  • Demonstrate the humility to acknowledge you do not have all the answers and are willing to ask for help.
  • Challenge the status quo, while respecting those prior decisions may have merit – even if you do not initially understand why.
  • Share and maintain a “team-first” culture.
  • Control yourself under stressful circumstances.

Education and Experience

  •  4+ years of product management experience partnering with distributed product development teams to deliver Healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • Demonstrated use of data to deliver outcomes.
  • Industry experience in healthcare RCM services (or comparable industries involving complex ecosystems and products supporting multiple stakeholders) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications that are clear, concise, elegant, and persuasive.

At Aspirion we invest in our employees by offering a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance upon hire, matching 401k, competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and incentive programs.
