DescriptionAt Sinclair, we are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about delivering enterprise software solutions that drive value for our internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 3rd party business applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This position centers on delivering impactful outcomes for the organization by solving real user problems, optimizing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in an internal/enterprise product management setting.
- Proven experience managing 3rd party business applications (such as MS Dynamics CRM), including working directly with external vendors who own and maintain the application code.
- Expertise in collaborating with internal development teams responsible for building and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems.
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, and the design of strategic initiatives for enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail when creating and reviewing functional and technical designs, as well as data and process flow diagrams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and address issues promptly.
- Excellent relationship management skills, including negotiation, expectation management, consistent communication, and conflict resolution, with a focus on engaging cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders (Sinclair employees).
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to articulate technical concepts and considerations to diverse audiences such as developers, business users, management, and executives.
- Experience working with both internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and support of enterprise applications.
- Thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, especially as they pertain to managing internal business applications and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, and support of CRM solutions to advance business objectives.
- Proficiency in integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage CRM capabilities for process improvement and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Product Owners and Associate Product Owners as direct reports.
- Own and manage the strategy and roadmap for one or more business applications.
- Collaborate with business relationship managers, enterprise architects, 3rd party vendors, and business process stakeholders to ensure the applications meet short and long-term needs of the organization from functional and technical perspectives.
- Work with the development and infrastructure teams to develop a consistent release schedule and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and teams across the Sinclair Technology Partners organization.
- Validate that the recommended solution aligns with business goals and objectives, working closely with Architecture, Security, and Systems.
- Evaluate the impact and risk related to requested changes.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis and keep status in project/enhancement tracking systems up to date.
- Liaise with the Service Delivery team to ensure proper production release procedures are followed.
- Lead/Support Product Owners in the development and maintenance of product backlogs, aligned with product roadmaps.
- Lead/Support Product Owners in the presentation of interim and final solutions to the business owners for approval and feedback.
- Lead/Support Product Owners in the development process, and monitor the progress of the activities assigned to the development team and to ensure accurate, timely delivery of prioritized product releases.
- Lead/Support Product Owners in collaborating with the testing team to ensure the functional and technical compatibility of the product with the requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
