Technology Service Partner (TSP) – Senior Manager Level

At Jackson Hewitt, the Technology Service Partner (TSP), who operates as a Product Manager Lead, plays a pivotal role as a product operations leader and business relationships manager. The TSP collaborates and coordinates with business stakeholders and technology leaders to align business vision and strategy into valuable, high-impact technology solutions. This senior role consistently models product management leadership enabling our mission to be “the number one choice for hardworking Americans who are seeking tax help.” The TSP demonstrates strategic thinking coupled with action—someone who thrives in and leads through complexity, builds deep cross-functional relationships, and drives clarity and momentum throughout the Product Development Lifecycle. 
 
What you will do here:
  • Experienced influential, servant-leader who effectively motivates others to accomplish desired outcomes.
  • Actively supports and enables business stakeholders to clarify, translate and shape business requests utilizing Experience Design to articulate scenario-based, user experiences; consistently achieving product value, viability, usability, and feasibility at scale.
  • Marshals resources and drives consensus between business and technology stakeholders on value and delivery prioritization.
  • Skilled at coaching and leading business stakeholders in product management practices of experimentation, step-change and customer feedback resulting in effective learning and data-driven decision making.
  • Champions and models the use of experience design artifacts (e.g., Journey Maps, Process Flows, Prototypes etc.) to continuously improve solution designs, adoption and value delivery.
  • Effectively uses Kanban to manage product development flow, track progress and improve performance. Drives continuous improvement of the product lifecycle by identifying and eliminating waste, improving throughput, and reducing lead and cycle times. Experience with Theory of Constraints a plus.
Skills you will bring for success:
  • 7 + years’ experience product management, product operations or product leadership. 
  • Digital and Gen AI experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant equivalent) preferred. STEM subject ideal.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with both business and technology leaders.
  • Effective communicator with active listening and negotiation skills, who can bring extreme clarity to complex messages and challenges. Naturally closes communication loops across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous discovery and delivery coupled with strong command of product development principles a must.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Approachable, empathetic, and adaptable—embodying Jackson Hewitt’s core competencies of Continuous Improvement, Learning, Agility, Tax Knowledge, and Customer Knowledge.

Compensation: $116,000.00 - $137,000.00 per year
