This role provides the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful solutions that enhance the experience and productivity of technology teams. You will drive product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tools and practices that support engineering excellence. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and operationally effective. You will engage with stakeholders, analyze data to inform decisions, and guide product development from ideation through delivery. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, experimentation, and the ability to bring diverse perspectives together to solve complex challenges. Success in this position directly impacts team efficiency, product quality, and overall organizational performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy, identifying opportunities to improve tools, practices, and processes for technology teams.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to ideate, test, and implement solutions that address user and business needs.
  • Prioritize product backlogs, drive feature selection, and monitor value delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead discovery efforts by articulating hypotheses, running experiments, and integrating insights from users, partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate product health, impact of releases, and progress against goals to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the product and engineering teams.
  • Promote engineering excellence, ensure clarity in requirements, and support teams in delivering high-quality, measurable outcomes.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business, technology, or product management, or equivalent through work experience, military service, or education.
  • Demonstrated experience managing one or more products and influencing outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills in a product environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Experience leading, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders and partners.
  • Proficiency in leveraging customer, user, and partner data to inform product decisions.
  • Familiarity with technical topics, software development lifecycle, cloud solutions, and tools such as GitHub is preferred.
