About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own Sully.aiโ€™s customer-facing product roadmap. This role is all about deeply understanding customer needs, translating feedback into a prioritized backlog, and driving delivery of features that create measurable impact. You will serve as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, and designโ€”ensuring that every release improves user experience and drives adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the customer-facing product work, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer impact and business goals.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

  • Build feedback loops with customers to identify pain points, validate feature concepts, and measure outcomes.

  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, satisfaction) to guide data-driven prioritization.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring their needs are represented in strategic decisions.

Hard Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience, with a track record of shipping impactful software products.

  • Proven experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable requirements.

  • Strong organizational discipline (tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features and workflows.

  • Experience integrating with EHRs, APIs, or enterprise systems.

First-Month Focus

  • Audit the current product backlog and customer requests.

  • Establish prioritization criteria and feedback channels with Customer Success.

  • Deliver initial roadmap update aligned to customer impact and business objectives.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

  • Deliver 2โ€“3 high-priority customer features to production.

  • Increase product adoption/usage metrics by >10%.

  • Establish a repeatable customer feedback-to-roadmap process used across all product areas.
