We are seeking a talented Product Manager (5-7 years experience) to lead front-end development for our AI data licensing platform. Our backend is built - now we need someone to create enterprise and consumer experiences for major media companies, record labels, and high-profile talent licensing their IP to AI developers. High-impact startup role with significant ownership and the chance to build something from the ground up

You have experience with working at a fast moving start up, ideally adjacent to the entertainment or creator industries, and with SaaS product development experience. 

This role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and is open to being 100% remote. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the front-end product roadmap from conception to launch - this is your product to build
• Design differentiated user experiences for major media companies, record labels, talent agencies, and individual creators
• Drive product decisions with limited oversight and significant autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
• Research and validate product-market fit through direct customer feedback and rapid iteration cycles

Front-End & User Experience Leadership

• Lead the design and development of intuitive web and mobile interfaces from wireframes to production
• Take full ownership of the user experience across multiple personas and use cases
• Work directly with designers and engineers in a small, collaborative team environment
• Make critical UX/UI decisions that will define how major entertainment companies interact with our platform
• Ship fast, learn from users, and iterate quickly based on real customer feedback

Enterprise Client Engagement

• Work directly with our first enterprise customers to understand their needs and pain points
• Participate in sales calls and product demos to showcase our capabilities and gather requirements
• Build relationships with decision-makers at media companies and record labels
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications

Startup Environment & Growth

• Wear multiple hats and take on responsibilities beyond traditional PM scope as needed
• Help establish product development processes and best practices as we scale
• Contribute to company culture and hiring as we grow the team
• Work in a fast-moving environment where your decisions have immediate impact on the business

Product Development & Execution

• Write detailed product requirements and user stories for front-end features
• Work closely with a small engineering team to prioritize and ship features quickly
• Make data-driven decisions with limited data - you'll help establish our analytics and measurement practices
• Balance user needs with business constraints in a resource-conscious startup environment
• Own the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization

Client & Market Research

• Conduct customer interviews with stakeholders major media companies and record labels
• Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and user engagement
• Research competitive front-end solutions in adjacent industries (stock media, music licensing, etc.)
• Stay current on enterprise software trends and best practices for B2B user experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record of building product from zero to launch. 
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns.
• Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to be a thought leader in the GenAI space
• A general understanding of Licensing IP and create use cases in entertainment
• An agile mindset and approach with the ability to adroitly navigate change and ambiguity
• Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
