About the role 


The Product Manager will own the strategy, development, and launch of key products, including VoIP services, Billing solutions, SMB offerings, User App enhancements and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) services. This role ensures products are delivered to market efficiently, aligned with customer journey expectations, and integrated across platforms to drive adoption and revenue growth.


Core Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define product vision and roadmap for current Product rollouts (VoIP, billing models (weekly and bulk), SMB solutions, and MDU offerings) and other Products as the Executive team approves.
    • Prioritize features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Customer Journey & Experience
    • Design seamless end-to-end customer experiences for onboarding, billing, and support.
    • Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Development Team ( internal and external), Sales and Operations teams to optimize the Products approved by the Executive Team to support Small Business and Residential customers.
  • Billing & Platform Integration
    • Oversee implementation of weekly and bulk billing logic across portals and systems.
    • Ensure alignment between legacy and new platforms for future scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Development, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to execute product launches.
    • Communicate timelines, deliverables, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Track product KPIs post-launch and use insights to refine offerings.
    • Provide accurate reporting for SMB and MDU segments, including provisioning and activation metrics.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Identify risks in product deployment and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within telecom, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Expertise in VoIP technology, billing systems, and customer experience design.
  • Proven success in managing multi-market product rollouts and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with SMB and MDU market strategies.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and portal alignment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines.
