In this high-impact, executive-facing role, you will set the vision and direction to empower more than 2,000+ sales and customer success organizations, driving over $1B in revenue.
You will shape how our teams operate, reimagine customer engagement, and deliver breakthrough impact at scale by owning three critical areas: orchestrating innovative, AI-powered internal workflow tools to supercharge team performance and efficiency (think account intelligence, meeting insights, automation); expanding cutting-edge, customer-facing AI bots that blend automation and the human touch for millions of business owners via chat, voice, and SMS; and launching and scaling strategic pilots with our go-to-market teams, leading high-visibility initiatives that validate bold AI-driven concepts and drive adoption across the organization.
