As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the creation, development, and launch of innovative technology solutions that directly connect business outcomes to technical execution. You will oversee solution portfolios, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive high-impact projects. This role requires breaking down complex problems into actionable steps, fostering collaboration across diverse technical and business teams, and delivering solutions that solve real client challenges. You will guide design discussions, influence strategic decisions, and ensure that solutions are both technically sound and commercially viable. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Own solution portfolios from conception through launch, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and client teams to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and differentiated solutions.
  • Drive product roadmaps, define GTM strategies, and lead design and development discussions across practices.
  • Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery of complex solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and industry best practices to continuously evolve solution strategy.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations while fostering cross-functional collaboration.



Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with deep expertise in Cloud, SaaS, Data, AI/ML, or Application Development, preferably within Managed Services.
  • 5+ years in product or solution management, including building, shipping, and managing technical products or services.
  • 3+ years managing or leading technical teams with proven people management experience.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, defining vision, and driving GTM strategy.
  • Strong ability to influence multiple stakeholders, navigate complex environments, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Proven analytical and research skills to inform product decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable in fast-changing environments, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
