This role is perfect for a strategic and hands-on product leader passionate about transforming the way small businesses access and benefit from digital platforms. You will lead initiatives that enable self-service adoption, optimize user onboarding, and drive product-led growth across the platform. The position involves both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution, from designing new freemium offerings to architecting APIs for third-party developers. Working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, you will define product vision, create measurable growth loops, and influence company-wide adoption of product-led thinking. This is a fully remote role that provides an opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of independent businesses.
Accountabilities
- Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for self-service products.
- Build and optimize the full restaurant lifecycle from initial engagement to power-user activation, improving conversion at every stage.
- Design and implement platform infrastructure including APIs, authentication, and billing systems to enable scalable self-service adoption.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and align go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and run experiments to optimize conversion, activation, and user expansion, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and scalable product experience.
- Track north star metrics and other KPIs to measure the impact of product-led growth initiatives.
Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on product-led growth.
- Proven track record of building self-service products from 0 to 1 in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience leading PLG transformations, with strong platform or infrastructure product expertise.
- Strategic and operational mindset: able to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and influence executive teams.
- Analytical rigor: proficient in cohort analysis, growth metrics, experimentation, and SQL; comfortable with product analytics tools.
- Strong technical understanding of API design, authentication systems, billing infrastructure, and SaaS architecture.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Experience with SMB or marketplace products, ideally with exposure to restaurant operations or similar verticals.
Benefits - Base salary range: $193,800 – $252,000, with bonus potential.
