Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Product resource to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Core Reporting Services—the foundation for analytics, insights, and compliance reporting across our payment platform. This leader will own the roadmap for all enterprise-grade reporting capabilities, ensuring our customers, partners, and internal teams have timely, accurate, and actionable data to operate and grow their businesses.
The ideal candidate blends deep product management expertise, payments industry knowledge, and a passion for data-driven decision making. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver reporting capabilities that scale globally, meet diverse regulatory requirements, and unlock competitive advantage.
Own the Product Vision & Strategy for Core Reporting Services, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
Lead Roadmap Development, prioritizing initiatives that drive customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure reporting platforms that handle high-volume, real-time data.
Define Data Strategy for enterprise transactional data in Snowflake, ensuring LOTR (life cycle of a transaction) is maintained in the database
Ensure Compliance & Accuracy in all reporting outputs, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to meet international standards.
Enhance Customer Experience through intuitive, self-service reporting tools and APIs that enable deep data insights.
Manage Stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations to ensure reporting capabilities meet both strategic and tactical needs.
Evaluate Emerging Technologies and industry trends to keep reporting capabilities at the forefront of the payments ecosystem.
Lead and Mentor product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years within fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record delivering data-intensive, high-availability products or platforms.
Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure, transaction data flows, and compliance reporting requirements.
Understanding about data architecture, BI tools, and API-driven reporting systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align executives and technical teams.
Experience building and scaling global products with regional/local compliance adaptations.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and usability.
Time-to-market for new reporting features.
Uptime and performance of reporting services.
Customer satisfaction (NPS) with reporting tools.
Reduction in operational effort for compliance reporting.
Adoption and usage rates of self-service reporting capabilities.
