This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager, Outbound Enterprise Platform in the United States.

The Principal Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of outbound enterprise initiatives for a large-scale e-commerce platform. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to design and scale solutions for enterprise customers, shaping proposals and planning cycles that drive mutual growth. The position requires strong cross-functional influence, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate complex requirements while building trust with senior executives. The manager will define repeatable frameworks and playbooks, ensure successful enterprise launches, and mentor mid- to senior-level product managers. Success in this role directly impacts the companyโ€™s ability to acquire, retain, and grow high-value enterprise accounts.

Accountabilities:

  • Formalize outbound enterprise product programs by defining repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks for engaging, onboarding, and growing complex enterprise customers.
  • Represent the platform externally to enterprise customers as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
  • Translate complex retailer requirements into scalable product solutions, advocating for enterprise customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to shape messaging, collateral, and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
  • Align internal teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM to deliver enterprise launches that meet strategic objectives.
  • Deliver operational excellence by ensuring initiatives execute on time and provide measurable business value.
  • Mentor and guide mid- and senior-level PMs on enterprise product strategy and outbound initiatives.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B product management experience, with at least 5 years in e-commerce or retail technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise-facing roles involving consulting, sales, or executive-level customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior executives, internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex product problems across a broad product surface.
  • Excellent communication and product vision skills, translating near-term asks into scalable platform solutions.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach, balancing qualitative insights and quantitative impact.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise e-commerce, outbound product management, or scaling B2B2C platforms.
