Our mission is to improve health and quality of life globally by making health and research data easier to access, understand, and use for patients, clinicians, administrators, and researchers.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that matter to healthcare organizations and the people they serve. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and healthcare transformation.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own product outcomes for key areas of OHAI and help drive alignment across product, design, engineering, clinical, compliance, support, operations, and go-to-market teams. You will translate complex healthcare needs into clear product direction, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery and adoption.
The Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering analytics capabilities that help users uncover insights, monitor performance, and act with confidence. This role requires a blend of product strategy, analytical thinking, technical fluency, and customer empathy.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on product leader who is energized by ambiguity, motivated by customer impact, and comfortable influencing without direct authority. You will be expected to combine market perspective, customer empathy, data, technical judgment, and crisp communication to move high-priority initiatives forward.
What You Will Do
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for one or more high-impact areas within OHAI.
- Partner directly with customers, client services, sales, support, engineering, design, QA, security, privacy, compliance, and operations to identify needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Define the analytics product strategy and roadmap aligned to customer and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data exploration, visualization, and insight delivery.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to define scalable analytics architecture and product requirements.
- Establish clear product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and actionable analytics experiences.
- Support launches through positioning, enablement, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Turn customer and market insights into clear problem statements, product requirements, prioritization decisions, release plans, and success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product pillars, including alignment between Core Clinicals and other OHAI products and platform capabilities.
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs across customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory expectations, operational readiness, and business impact.
- Communicate product direction, changes, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders, internal teams, field organizations, and customers.
- Use data, customer feedback, industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices to shape product recommendations and roadmap decisions.
- Drive disciplined product operations, including backlog health, Jira/Confluence hygiene, decision documentation, dependency management, and release readiness.
- Partner with product marketing, client services, sales, and enablement teams on positioning, launch planning, adoption, and customer-facing messaging.
- Help triage escalations, incidents, and outages when product leadership is needed, ensuring follow-through and learning are built back into the roadmap.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience leading successful software initiatives, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, healthcare technology, data products, clinical workflows, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand operational, clinical, technical, and business needs and translate them into product outcomes.
- Experience with analytics, BI, reporting, data platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of data concepts, including metrics, dimensions, segmentation, dashboards, and data quality.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and customer success teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
- Sound product judgment, strong prioritization skills, and a bias for action in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams on architecture, APIs, data flows, integrations, reliability, security, and scalability considerations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions, measure impact, and reassess priorities.
- High ownership, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for improving healthcare experiences for customers, providers, patients, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or modernizing healthcare, clinical, EHR, life sciences, revenue cycle, population health, interoperability, data, AI, or analytics products.
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, compliance, risk management, and operational readiness expectations.
- Experience working in large-scale cloud, platform, or enterprise product environments with distributed teams.
- Comfort engaging with executives, clinicians, administrators, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders.
