This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a clinical platform that powers the daily workflows of health coaches, enabling them to deliver high-quality, personalized care at scale. As the Principal Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to build AI-driven tools and decision support features that enhance clinical efficiency and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to identify real-world needs, prioritize impactful solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. This position is ideal for a strategic, user-focused product leader passionate about transforming healthcare through technology.

Accountabilities

·         Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the clinical platform supporting health coach workflows, ensuring it enables effective and personalized care.

·         Design and launch AI-powered features and intelligent workflows that enhance decision-making, streamline care coordination, and increase coach productivity.

·         Build a learning system that captures best practices from top-performing coaches and integrates them into AI-driven tools.

·         Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, especially health coaches, to deeply understand user needs, operational challenges, and workflow pain points.

·         Translate clinical requirements into user stories, detailed specifications, and actionable Jira tickets for implementation.

·         Partner with Product Design to create intuitive user experiences that fit seamlessly into daily clinical routines.

·         Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, and QA—through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

·         Define and monitor success metrics to measure impact on coach performance, care quality, and patient outcomes.

·         Coordinate closely with AI/ML teams to ensure solutions are safe, interpretable, and clinically effective.



Requirements

·         8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, clinical platforms, or coach workflow tools.

·         Proven track record of designing and launching products for multidisciplinary care teams, such as physicians, coaches, or nurses.

·         Experience building complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features, ideally including Generative AI, within regulated environments.

·         Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the specific needs of health coaching workflows.

·         Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical documentation tools, or care coordination platforms is a strong plus.

·         Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver impactful products in fast-paced settings.
